1. Service Description

TheSongLetter is an AI-powered personalized song creation service. We create custom songs based on the information you provide about your loved ones, including their name, your relationship, memorable moments, and your preferred musical style.

2. Orders and Payment

Pricing: Standard songs are priced at $49.00 with delivery within 24 hours. Rush delivery (within 2 hours) is available at $59.00.
Payment: All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Prices are in US Dollars.
Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and again when your song is ready.

3. Song Delivery

Standard orders are delivered within 24 hours of payment.
Rush orders are delivered within 2 hours of payment.
Songs are delivered via email with a shareable link and downloadable MP3 file.
Delivery times are estimates. While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to high demand.

4. AI-Generated Content

All songs are created using artificial intelligence technology. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

Songs are generated by AI based on the information you provide.
While we strive for high quality, results may vary.
Songs are unique creations based on your specific inputs.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the personal stories, memories, and details you provide to us.
Generated Songs: Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use, share, and enjoy your custom song for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Our Service: The TheSongLetter brand, website design, and technology remain our intellectual property.

6. Remake Policy

If you are not satisfied with your song, you may request one free remake with specific feedback on what you would like changed. Additional remakes may be subject to additional fees.

7. Refund Policy

If we are unable to deliver your song within the promised timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.
Refund requests for quality concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service to:

Create content that is hateful, threatening, or harassing
Impersonate another person
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Create content for commercial resale without our permission

9. Limitation of Liability

TheSongLetter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific song order in question.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
